Frequently Asked Questions

May I join with no martial arts experience?: Most of our members do not have backgrounds of martial arts experience. And most of our members lack experience of physical exercises. You will be instructed moderately, according to your physical strength and purposes, and regardless of your age and sex. We are open for visits and trial lessons, so please join our membership without concerns.
How often should I practice?: As much as you can. Of course during our open hours and classes, and also members can self-train while lessons are not being held.
Is it OK to join after the lesson has begun?: You may participate after the lesson has begun, and you may leave early before the lesson ends. Please do not worry and participate in lessons whenever possible.
